Anatomic Fit

  • By mirroring the natural humeral anatomy, the OsseoFit stemless anchors are designed to maximize fit in the cancellous bone and to help avoid cortical impingement.1-3
  • Asymmetric design available in sizes 1-5, in left and right-side specific inlay and onlay configurations.
  • Identity Humeral Heads with Versa-Dial Technology are available in 24 sizes and are designed to enable the restoration of natural kinematics by optimizing the native center of rotation and avoid overstuffing.
  • Alliance Glenoid is the first system to include a variety of backside peg configurations, including 3 peg and 4 peg formats with modular designs featuring Trabecular Metal® and Porous Plasma Spray (PPS®).

Fixation

  • The OsseoFit anchor features an anatomically shaped six-fin configuration with a progressive tapered wedge design, for a full-height press-fit during insertion.
  • The design of the implant contains a fully porous 3D printed OsseoTi lattice within the solid titanium framework of the OsseoFit anchor.
  • OsseoTi Porous Metal Technology uses human CT data in combination with 3D printing technology to build a structure designed to mimic the architecture of human cancellous bone. OsseoTi has demonstrated biological fixation with host bone as early as 4 weeks in an animal study.7,8**

  • The OsseoFit Anchor design offers soft tissue suture holes located anteriorly to allow for anatomical reattachment of the subscapularis.
  • Designated Subscapularis Repair Kits - available in Bone Tunneling and Interfacing Anchor options - are comprised of sutures, needles and tape, tailored to reattach the subscapularis to the native anatomy location leveraging anterior suture holes on the OsseoFit Anchor.
