OsseoFit™ is the anatomically shaped6,7,9 left and right-side specific implant that is designed for stable initial1-4 and biological fixation5* by optimizing anatomic humeral fit to provide a robust solution for stemless anatomic shoulder arthroplasty.

Anatomic Fit

Bone-preserving implant designed to match the natural asymmetric humeral anatomy6,7,9 combined with a complete portfolio of Identity® Versa-Dial® Head Technology to optimize soft tissue tensioning and Alliance® Glenoid components to deliver a personalized fit.

Fixation

OsseoTi® Porous Metal Technology windows allow for biological fixation5*, while anatomically shaped fins extend to dense cancellous bone6-9 to deliver stable initial fixation1-4

Simplified

Designated Subscapularis Repair Kits combined with an efficient instrument tray, featuring intuitive anatomic sizing, delivers a streamlined approach to stemless anatomic shoulder replacement.

Features and Benefits

Anatomic Fit

  • By mirroring the natural humeral anatomy, the OsseoFit stemless anchors are designed to maximize fit in the cancellous bone and to help avoid cortical impingement6,7,9.
  • Asymmetric anchor design available in 5, left and right-side specific sizes to fit a broad range of patient anatomy.
  • Identity Humeral Heads with Versa-Dial Technology enable the restoration of natural kinematics by optimizing the native center of rotation and avoiding overstuffing.
  • Alliance Glenoid is the first system to include a variety of backside peg configurations, including 3 peg and 4 peg formats with modular designs featuring Trabecular Metal® and Porous Plasma Spray (PPS®).

Fixation

  • OsseoTi Porous Metal Technology 3D printed structure is designed to mimic the architecture of human cancellous bone to facilitate biological fixation and implant stability4. Its porous architecture has demonstrated integration with host bone as early as 4 weeks in an animal study5,10*
  • The anchor design is created using an OsseoTi 3D printed lattice within a solid titanium framework and surrounds the central boss and radial portion of all 6 fins.
  • Anchor features an anatomically shape six-fin configuration with a progressive taper wedge design for a full-height press-fit during insertion.

Simplified

  • The OsseoFit Anchor design offers soft tissue holes located anteriorly to allow for anatomical reattachment of the subscapularis.
  • Designated Bone Tunneling and Interfacing Anchor Subscapularis Repair Kits are comprised of sutures, needles and tape, exclusively tailored to reattach the subscapularis to the native anatomy, leveraging anterior suture holes on the OsseoFit Anchor.
  • Singular instrument tray designed to maximize workflow and sterile process efficiencies.
