Low profile, Locked Plating, Anatomically Contoured

For metacarpal and phalangeal procedures that often involve complex fractures and minimal tissue coverage, the A.L.P.S. Hand Fracture System is designed to provide both strength and low-profile advantages. The system includes a thin profile that is contourable to align with the fingers.

Versatility in Construct

  •  Flexible plate technology enable in-situ contouring designed to address fracture complexity. Alongside the choice of locking, non-locking or multi-directional screws according to need.

O.R. Efficiency

  •  The F.A.S.T. Guide inserts are preloaded and do not require intraoperative assembly paired with color coded F.A.S.T. Guide inserts that make identification easy: Silver= 1.5 mm, Gold= 2.5 mm, enabling surgical teams to save time in the OR.

Surgical Approach:

The A.L.P.S. Hand Fracture System combines low profile design, F.A.S.T. Guide Technology and variable screw options to address complex cases. These features allow the formation of a three-dimensional matrix of fixed and variable angle screws to create a true subchondral scaffold that aims to provide fixation for fractures including osteoporotic bone.
