The all-suture anchor market was built with the patient in mind: a smaller anchor that does not mitigate strength. The SureLock All-Suture Anchor has a novel deployment approach with a mechanical tensioning deployment controlled by the inserter delivering the anchor below the bone cortex.  With this deployment, the reliable, consistent deployment takes the guesswork out of implementation.
