Zimmer Biomet is finding new ways to maintain patient and team member safety. We are now offering a remote fitting and application solution that protects patients while still providing a personal touch. The medical device will now be shipped directly to the patient’s home. Once received, a Zimmer Biomet sales representative will schedule a call with each patient to conduct a virtual fitting session. In addition to the virtual fitting, short pre-recorded videos will be made available to each patient and caregiver to allow them to review each step in the virtual fitting and application process.
All documentation will now be completed electronically. If the patient or caregiver is unable to complete it electronically, our sales representatives will provide other alternatives for its completion.
This remote fitting and application solution puts patient and team member safety first and further demonstrates Zimmer Biomet’s commitment to its mission to alleviate pain and improve the quality of life for people around the world.
