I shape tomorrow by offering Spanish classes to colleagues in partnership with leadership and our Latino/Hispanic ERG, Juntos. What makes ZB a best and preferred place to work? The diversity of different people working as a team to achieve the same goal, plus all the opportunity that our team members have to grow within ZB. For myself, I started as an operator on the shop floor and climbed the ladder to become a manufacturing manager.
As a people leader, I thrive on empowering people to achieve results. I love that everyone is willing to help one another and we have a great support network. I have a key focus on driving diversity within our business, and I am delighted to lead the Women-Inspired Network for Zimmer Biomet in Ireland. As part of this initiative, I work on promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within our sites and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with leaders in this forum globally.
