SternaLock® Blu Closure System

The SternaLock® Blu System applies the proven principles of locking rigid fixation to sternal closure and offers a rigid fixation alternative for mid-line sternotomies as well as a variety of minimally invasive approaches including the mini-sternotomy and mini-thoracotomy.

The SternaLock Blu Plates are thinner and their anatomical design helps to address the challenges associated with fixating a 90º sternal incision or rib osteotomy. The plates increase stability at the osteotomy site, while still allowing for minimally invasive access.
