Preconfigured Implants with a Porous Architecture

  • Provides an Alternative to Allograft
  • OsseoTi® Porous Metal Mimics Porous Architecture of Cancellous Bone
  • Osseoti® Porous Metal Provides an Osteoconductive Matrix Allowing for Biological Incorporation

The Unite3D™ Wedge is a preconfigured implant designed for use in fusions or osteotomies in the foot as an alternative to traditional allograft bone. The implants feature OsseoTi® Technology, which creates an osteoconductive matrix designed to enhance the potential for bone integration. OsseoTi® material mimics the porous structure of human cancellous bone and is Inspired by Bone™.

Consider these important design features:

  • High fatigue strength should provide consistent mechanical properties throughout the bone remodeling process1
  • Highly interconnected architecture is 70% porous, allowing for optimal boney ingrowth2
  • Minimal immune response compared to traditional allografts
